What do I need to send ?
You should send your scene file complete with all materials/textures, preferrably compressed into a single file, already within Carrara itself.
How do I know that my files are complete and ready for errorless rendering ?
Usually, the render farm will carry out the test renders and send the results for your
approval, before submitting your job for final rendering. (up to 24 randomly chosen frames) The 1st test render is free, others if any, will be charged at normal rendering rate.

How do I send my files to the farm ?
It cannot be simplier; send your file(s) via any of the large file transfer services, specialized for emailing of large size files,

Each render job is submitted to the farm, soonest possible; usually no longer than 6 hours from the receiving of the file(s). Once submitted, the starting speed of rendering will depend on the actual/real load of the farm, at that moment.

How many CPUs do I get for my job ?
Normally, for your job you will be offered a standard cluster with 60,72 GhZ power/24 cores, unless you opted for more. You can also purchase additional 65,20 GhZ - all clearly shown in the xls-calculator, downloadable from the website.
